Raramente ho incontrato durante i miei viaggi una cura per l’ospitalità, una passione per il territorio e per il proprio lavoro come quella di Gianni e famiglia. La struttura è nuovissima con dei dettagli tecnologici molto belli. La posizione molto comoda perché vicino al paese di Toroni ma fuori dalla zona più frequentata e perfetta per esplorare le più belle spiagge della penisola di Sithonia, anche grazie ai consigli che Gianni il proprietario dà. Le stanze sono pulitissime e il letto comodo. Addirittura il caffè è stato riempito quando stava per terminare. Consiglio tanto il soggiorno presso questa struttura perché sembra di essere ospitati a casa di amici. Per non parlare dei regali iniziali e finali. Grazie di tutto!

Τόσο η τοποθεσία όσο και το δωμάτιο ήταν εκπληκτικά διαμορφώνοντας με αυτό τον τρόπο ένα εκπληκτικό πακέτο διακοπών για μια τετραμελή οικογένεια! Ο ιδιοκτήτης δε, ο κ. Γιάννης, είναι από τους πιο ευγενικούς και εξυπηρετικούς ανθρώπους που έχουμε γνωρίσει, καθώς από την πρώτη στιγμή σε κάνει να νιώθεις ότι είσαι σε ένα οικείο και ευχάριστο περιβάλλον. Το Toroni Alpha Studios το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα καθώς η διαμονή μας σε αυτό πραγματικά ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας!

The location is excellent, just 3 minutes walk to the beach or village center and at the same time not so noisy as first beach line. All taverns and shops are nearby. Big plus is a large free parking space just in the front of the door. The owner of the apartments, Mr. Gianni is an amazing person, he managed to create an atmosphere as if you are at home. Every piece and feature in the room made with great attention and love. Very cozy and comfortable. All is clean and modern and is in perfect working conditions! Apart from this we get from him a very warm welcome together with bottle of local wine and living flower. It was nice! During our stay he gave us weather forecasts and different advises where to go and what to see every day. This helps us a lot. I would highly recommend to chose Alpha Studios, never ever experienced such hospitality before. The overall quality of this studio can be rated as five stars hotel in terms of comfort and living experience.

Excellent property, very clean, all facilities like new and in perfect working condition. Dedicated car parking place, excellent WiFi connectivity, the view from balcony is beautiful despite it’s not a sea-view. Excellent equipped barbecue grill at the terrace located on the roof. But in my opinion the main advantage of this property is the owner, Gianni. He is very nice and helpful, you will get recommendations for best fish tavernas, best place to serve musaka or to buy fresh chocolate croissants in the morning. Also every day in the morning he sent us (on viber) advises which beaches are best to visit today based on weather and winds, and a lot more advises like where to buy souvenirs, best extra virgin olive oil, etc. I think this is one of best choice for this type of properties, especially in this price range. Strongly recommended, you will not regret.

Gianni is a super host, he will provide everything you need and will inform you of beaches and weather. The place is very clean and has everything you need (and more). I highly recommend this place. We had nothing to complaint. Everything was perfect!

We stayed at TORONI ALPHA STUDIOS No. 5 for 10 days at the beginning of September 2022. The studio, although not big, had all the necessary amenities – a comfortable large bedroom, bedside tables and lamps with plugs, an office table, a kitchenette with a double stove, toaster, kettle, microwave , mini coffee stove, refrigerator, utensils, spices, coffee, tea, comfortable bathroom with toilet and shower, bed linen, towels, alarm system for cleaning… We admired the sea, the mountains, the full moon on the large roof terrace , where, in addition to places to relax, there are all the amenities for a barbecue. We enjoyed the unobtrusive attention and warm care of Gianni, who advised us about the suitable beach for the day according to the weather and winds, a cozy restaurant with good cuisine, the best cafe and beach bar, taverns with Greek specialties, for seafood and fish, nice ice cream, supermarkets. He informed us intelligently with a sense of humor about the weather, suitable areas and beaches for the day and possible entertainment on the west or east side of Sithonia, opportunities for walks, trips around, fishing, but also fish shops if it fails. He even offered us beach umbrellas and sunbeds. And when the grandchildren would visit us, he provided a baby crib in the room for use. Thank you very much, indeed, Gianni.  If you are thinking about booking a stay here just do it! Gianni, the host, is an amazing person and an amazing host. We had car problems when we arrived, he came to pick us up and all of our stuff, took us to an apartment explained everything, gave us water coffee and vine on arrival. He was so kind to keep the communication between us and the mechanic until our car was fixed. He gave us great suggestions for the beaches, for the restaurants and for locations to see and visit. Really the best host I have ever had! The apartment it self is also amazing, it is brand new. It has a lot of features, all modern and new. Every apartment has its own internet and wi-fi, which you can turn off and on how ever you like, and the connection and speed are very very good, the best one I had so far. Rooms are clean and fresh, bathroom is spacious and the water pressure is amazing, and you can really enjoy your stay here.
