Toroni Alpha Studios accommodation unit is located in the center of Toroni, behind the church of Agios Athanasios, only 4-5 minutes by foot from the beach of Toroni. The accommodation develops on four levels:
- 1st Basement
- 2nd Mezzanine-Ground Floor
- 3rd First floor
- 4th Second floor
On the first level are the Reception and a specially designed studio and equipped for people with special needs (PWD), with access to it by means of a special lifting mechanism. On levels two and three there are six self-contained one-room studios, each air-conditioned, with a small fridge and kitchenette fully equipped with all the necessary utensils (such as pots, plates, platters, glasses and cutlery) for the preparation of small meals. They also have a microwave, kettle and toaster. Every studio it has a side table that can be opened, a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, a door with card locks, room light panel, flat TV (SMART TV 39′), with cable and internet reception, wired and wireless (Wifi) internet, screens on the back doors and windows and shading awnings on balconies. Each studio has a spacious bathroom with shower and a balcony with table and chairs. Finally, on the fourth level there is a Roof Garden & Barbecue, suitably furnished with tables and chairs.
TORONI ALPHA STUDIOS accommodation has a capacity of 18 people. It has two four-bed and five double rooms-studios.
The A1 and A4 studios are four-bed rooms of 25.90m2 and 29.50m2 respectively, with a double bed (with orthopedic mattress measuring 205cm x 180cm, with extra-double covering and cover) and a bunk bed with 2 single beds (upper and lower) placed in a special recess (with orthopedic mattresses and covers measuring 200cm x 90cm.
The A2, A3, A5 and A6 studios are double studios of 19.00 sq m each, with a super double bed detachable into 2 singles (with 2 orthopedic mattresses 205cm x 90cm with one super double or two single mattresses and covers).
The A7 studio is a double room of 21.2 square meters with two single beds to accommodate a disabled person and their companion.
Clean sheets and towels are provided every four days and the bin garbage is emptied daily (upon request).
Our accommodation also has a modern water treatment system water supply with iron removal, demanganization, softening and disinfection, with pre-filter and filters to retain suspended particles, active carbon filter and ultraviolet lamps – UV that the make them perfectly healthy for human consumption*). A 10000lt tank and two pressure washers ensure uninterrupted water supply to the accommodation case of reduction or interruption of the power supply (e.g. due to damage or overconsumption) of the collective Municipal water supply network of the settlement from which supplies the accommodation. The property has solar water heaters to provide hot water throughout 24-hour and special water mixer-thermostat for setting the maximum allowable supply temperature to avoid burns. The accommodation also has a power generator of suitable power to deal with an emergency in the event of a power outage from the Public Power Corporation.
