Booking conditions: 30% advance payment by bank transfer and payment of the balance on the 1st day of stay. For special offers (10 days or more) the prepayment applies 100% of the reservation amount.

Cancellation Policy: Depending on the reservation. In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 3 weeks (or up to 21 days) before arrival, the entire payment is refunded, except for bank charges which
charge the customer. In case of cancellation later (or in less than 21 days from arrival) or in case of no-show or cancellation of a reservation offer, the payment of the reservation does not is returned.
For special offers in case of cancellation or no-show 40% refundable.
