Respecting our fellow human beings with special needs we upgraded some areas to be accessible especially to them. Thus, we have configured 1 room studio for people with disabilities with trolley, which is accessible by means of a lifting mechanism from the front yard and the street.

Smoking is allowed outside. The property has a central alarm system for fire detection- fire protection that covers all areas (with beacon, button, fire station type A and fire extinguishers) that it has designed and installed in accordance with applicable fire regulations provisions.
